“A wealth of experience”. No doubt that it’s an overused term but in Bill’s case it’s a fair one. He draws on over 45 years industry experience gained at the sharp end with Thames Water, British Gas and in the public sector. Secure in the knowledge of someone who knows his profession inside-out he’s an affable chap, easy to work with and a reassuring presence to have alongside you on project work.

Michele is Bill’s daughter and has inherited his appetite and enthusiasm for the trade, building a formidable level of expertise of her own over 26 years in the industry. Making full use of a natural flair for organization she has a demonstrable record of success in major project works including her role as Principal Contractor's Project Manager for MRSSL on the Kings Cross redevelopment.

The Newpoint Group is a family-owned business and Bill’s son-in-law Alan Doorgachurn completes the directorial line-up. A qualified accountant in the final year of a BSc in Construction Management, his 20 years in the industry is supplemented by extensive project management experience on numerous new-build and refurb projects.

Management:

Another longstanding member of the Newpoint team, Pat has over 27 years experience in all aspects of underground pipework, drainage, plumbing, jetting and property management. Pat probably sees the most day to day involvement with our customers and his easygoing and professional manner has seen him build excellent working relationships throughout our client base.

Peter runs our Electrical and Mechanical division and has extensive experience of complex projects including his role as Installation Manager on the Heathrow T5 fire alarm system install for Honeywell, various other projects for BA in Heathrow 1-4, the GlaxoSmithKline HQ Fire alarm install and the Kings Cross Station redevelopment where his remit included Electrical, Mechanical, Security and fire alarm services.

Consultants: Ron Forder

Ron is our Health & Safety and Quality guru. Boasting a list of qualifications and accreditations that makes carrying a copy of his CV an H & S risk in its own right, his 40-plus years of experience have been gained with industry heavyweights Scottish Gas and AMEC. Directorial positions held include Gas Industry Training Board, Gas & Water Industry Training Board and CABWI (Certification and Assement Board for the Water Industry).

Staff:

The Newpoint team includes qualified tradesmen in a number of disciplines including Gas Safety Register and Corgi registered Gas fitters, Thames Water Approved Water Engineers (WRAS equivalent), NICEIC certified Electricians, Plumbers, Roofers, Carpenters and Drainage Engineers.
